Heres a couple knives I bought years ago. The boot knife is not my first but it is one I have kept all these years. The K-Bar I bought with the intentions of using it alot. Turns out I only used it a few times and put it away. The flashlight I picked up in 1981, had the wrong date in the video. I picked it up from the flight equipment shop in a Helicopter squadron. The original batteries I put in it were still usable 5 years later!!

I picked up this Smith and Wesson HRT boot knife for about $15 on Amazon.com to add to my collection. This is a very high value knife that would be perfect for a self defense knife. It comes with a very function leather sheath and the blade is 4" and made of 440C stainless steel. For the price this is a good rust and corrosion resistant blade that you can leave in your car and forget about.
